Girls’ day agenda: day drinking + a Dream game. Kicking off the festivities with spicy Bloody Marys in Georges Briard highball glasses.

The Glass(es): Georges Briard Heinz Tomato Soup can + Cabana yellow, white and orange striped

I almost fumbled the perfect Bloody Mary glass. I pulled a couple options for us to choose from, and totally missed this one. Bestie for the win when she pulled it out of the cabinet + said she couldn’t *not* use the tomato soup glass for a Bloody Mary. Duh.

I stuck with the color theme and chose the yellow, white and orange striped Cabana.

The Drink: Bloody Mary

Pretty standard drink recipe here. Twists for the day were the Jeptha Creed Hot Pepper Flavored Vodka I brought back from our trip to Kentucky’s Bourbon Trail and my fav Filthy mini gherkin stuffed olives. Zing Zang is my typical go-to mixer; it’s sold pretty much everywhere and has a solid base flavor.

To make —

3-4 parts mix to 1 part vodka (more or less for taste, of course). Garnished with green olives and gherkins.

Enjoy.
